On May 23, 2026, AP Group Collective brought together 300+ attendees, 25+ speakers, and 6 powerful panels at Pierce Theater, The American College of Greece for one of Athens' most ambitious youth leadership events to date.
Across six thematic panels: Women in Leadership, Leaders who Build Leaders, The Startup World, Leading Under Pressure, Power, Influence & Direction, and the ultimate debate The Titan vs. The Tribe, some of Greece's most respected founders, executives, startupers and industry leaders stepped on stage and had real conversations.
No rehearsed answers. Just honest, high-level dialogue that the audience could actually take something from.
Beyond the main stage, attendees stepped into Mentoring Round Tables with our speakers and booths from our community partners turning passive listening into hands-on engagement. The day closed with a dedicated Networking Party, giving everyone the space to connect beyond the panels.
Leadership Summit 2026 was not a standard conference. It was a room full of people who came to grow and left with the tools, connections, and perspective to do exactly that.
